Our Apartment

Situated on the ground floor of the Magnolia complex with beautiful gardens and a shared pool with baby pool, the apartment features two patios. The large main balcony & patio is South facing and overlooks the pool and gardens on one side, and has delightful views of the Taurus mountains on the other.

The Magnolia Apartment complex was completed and landscaped in October 2005. The apartment, one of only sixteen in the complex, is a few minutes walk from Side's main area of shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. A few more minutes walk or a very short Dolmus trip takes you to Side old town with its ancient monuments and busy bazaar. The apartment will comfortably sleep 6 adults or an even larger family with small children. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds, and the main living room has two 3/4 bed settees plus a cot bed chair. Linen is provided for all beds during your stay.

Views of the Apartment

For added comfort and security, double glazed and shuttered windows are fitted throughout, and air conditioning / heating are provided in each room (though you're unlikely to need heating!). The apartment has smoke detectors, a burglar alarm and a double-lock security door. A keypad combination safe is provided in the master bedroom.

This luxury apartment pays particular attention to detail. A homely and inviting atmosphere is created by the use of top quality tiles and fittings throughout the apartment.

Please note: We ourselves do not smoke, so we would appreciate it for ourselves and other guests if smoking is limited to outside areas.
